Here is a way to access the registration code from a working computer, in case you do not have a copy.
1) click on start--- run
2) type in regedit
3) Registry Editor comes up, click on edit- find
4) type in SierraSoftLtd , click on find next
5) you should find a folder called SierraSoftLtd and under it, if you click on the + sign, will expand the folder to show either an AV4 or JF7 folder
6) you will then see another folder called Misc
7) click on the Misc folder
8) on the right had window it will show you some lines of code.
9) MISC2 is the registration name you used
10) REgCod is you activation code
11) be careful not to make any changes..
